Fernando Torres, Co-Founder

Born in Panama City, Panama Fernando Torres found himself moving to Cleveland Ohio at the age of 13.  Without speaking English, he learned the language and graduated from Streetsboro High School.  At the age of 21, he decided to move across the country to Phoenix, AZ.  He started his career in the restaurant business becoming a corporate trainer for Applebee’s, then a General Manager for Famous Sam’s.  He was then recruited by Alliance Beverage and became a Field Sales Representative.  He quickly became the top sales rep and was promoted to Field Sales Manager.  He was then recruited by Miller Brewing Company and became the Import Sales Manager for the State of Arizona.  He then realized his passion for small business and started PureGreen Landscape, he quickly grew this organization with the help of his partners to one of the most respected and effective Landscape companies in the valley.

Graduating from University of Phoenix with a Business Management Degree at the age of 35 Fernando has made himself stand out as an asset to several companies.  His passion is to provide people with quality customer service and enhancing their place of employment as well as the place they call home.

Fernando, always having an entrepreneur drive, decided to start his own company; CimeX Control, which will allow him to build the most exciting, innovative, creative, and employee centric Pest company.  Time management and delivery made Fernando the successful business man he has become.  He believes in being a life-long learner so he continues his education in Monthly seminars and reading one book per month.

The best part of Fernando is being an amazing husband to his wife Ann and the best dad to Antonio and Iliana.

Ann Torres, Co-Founder

Born in Buffalo, New York Ann Torres found her way to Arizona in 2001 to pursue her passion for teaching.  As she developed the necessary skills of organization and commitment to be the best teacher possible she found out that the education world was not the place she was meant to be.

Then in 2006 she was asked to join the Integrated Landscape Team and sell tree maintenance for their tree division ArborPro.  This was where she learned her love for being outside surrounded by the beauty of landscape and selling was her true passion.  Ann has always enjoyed being around people and is known for her genuine personality and love for all her clients she soon would call her circle of friends.

For a few years she took some time off to take care of her 2 children Antonio now 8 and Iliana 5.  She still calls her full time job a mom and wife but decided to get back into sales part time and in 2014 went to work for Lululemon and still is presently.

Now in 2017 she is excited to help grow a family business with her husband Fernando Torres and pursue his lifelong dream of entrepreneurship.
